Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using Get TV Player.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Get TV Player ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Get TV Player application, website (gettvplayer.live), and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Get TV Player is a media playback application that allows users to load and play their own personally sourced IPTV playlists (M3U format), Xtream Codes API credentials, or other compatible streaming sources on supported devices (Smart TVs, Android, Fire TV, etc.).

The Service does not provide, host, supply, broadcast, sell, or distribute any media content, channels, movies, live streams, or subscriptions. All content must be legally obtained and provided by you.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

This license does not allow:

  • Commercial redistribution or resale of the app
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the software
  • Any use that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use only legally obtained playlists and sources
  • Comply with all applicable copyright, broadcasting, and intellectual property laws
  • Not use the Service to access unauthorized or pirated content
  • Maintain confidentiality of any license/activation credentials
  • Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service

We are not responsible for any content you access or play through the Service.

5. Activation and Licensing

The Service offers a 15-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires purchasing a license (annual or multi-year).

All purchases are final. Licenses are non-refundable once activated (see Refund Policy in Privacy Policy for details).

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (code, design, trademarks, logos) remain with us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Any third-party trademarks or channel logos displayed are for compatibility/identification only and do not imply endorsement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get TV Player is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all liability for:

  • Any interruption, errors, or loss of data
  • Content accessed via user-supplied sources
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for a license (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your license ends immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Oregon, USA.
